Job Overview: The Assistant Manager for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) Dealer will support the management and operations of the PMS department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality investment services to clients. This role involves collaborating with the team to enhance client relationships, oversee portfolio performance, and assist in strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Allocate clients' funds for trades as per fund managers' instructions, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Perform daily monitoring of trade executions to ensure compliance with trading rules and regulations. Collaborate with the PMS team to develop and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives. Assist in portfolio rebalancing and re-optimization to maintain optimal risk-return profiles. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Maintain accurate records and reports on client portfolios, including performance metrics and trade executions. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in investment products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including fund managers, traders, and other support teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within the PMS department.
