As PMO / Projektmanager Office Aerospace (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in demanding development and series programs. With your structured view of processes, numbers, and connections, you ensure orientation, reliability, and transparent decisions – and become the real motor for efficient project workflows in a modern aerospace environment.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Setup, structuring, and plausibility of complex project plans (term, budget, and resource planning)
• Moderation of hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Execution of the PMO role in offers, development programs, series programs, and F&T projects
• Monitoring & Control of project progress under inclusion of controlling and program management
• Preliminary preparation and participation in project reviews and budget approvals
• Preparation and leadership of project documentation including project status reports for decision-making purposes
• Development of best-practice documents on PM methodology and process description, as well as conducting training sessions
• Participation in the further development of project management standards

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in project management, business administration, economics, or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management with budget responsibility
• Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI, and JIRA/Confluence is advantageous
• German and English language skills at level B2
• High analytical skills as well as meticulous and structured working style
• Good knowledge of the MS Office programs

• Salary: 60,000–75,000 € per year, dependent on qualification and experience
