Job Description

• You are responsible for procurement of needs and order requirements.
• You function as the central interface between departments and procurement.
• Your tasks include management and tracking of infrastructure and license orders.
• You take over capacity and budget planning in coordination with the Product Owners (m/w/d).
• You conduct financial monitoring and reporting.
• You maintain internal tools for project development.
• You review booking posts formally.
• You create PLAN-IST comparisons and discuss deviations and countermeasures with the Product Owners (m/w/d).

Profile

• You have good knowledge of the MS Office toolchain, particularly MS Excel.
• You work conscientiously and structured.
• You possess very good German and English skills.
• You bring experience in procurement and purchasing topics with you.
• You are characterized by an outstanding communication ability in dealing with departments and business partners.
