Part Time Remote Lead

Job description

Monitor key milestones and deadlines, track issues and risks flagged by teamsRespond to project-related inquires, support with coordination with stakeholders for urgent matters and update project tracking toolsEnsure project documentation is up-to-date and log any changes in scope, timeline, or resourcesPlan and conduct weekly project status meetings, prepare management presentations and review progress against KPIs and deliverablesReview and escalate critical risks/issues and ensure mitigation plans are in place and trackedShare weekly status reports with leadershipCollect feedback from project teamsCoordinate testing activities and ensure audit documentation and reporting for accuracyPlan and partially facilitate process workshops including follow-up activitiesIdentifying potential risks and managing change requests effectively during all phases of the project First experience as a PMO within the environment of HR or IT projectsProven ability to work as a freelance/consultant with commitment to deadlines and deliverablesExcellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in German and EnglishAdaptive in managing projects using agile methodologies as well as traditional waterfall approaches depending on the project context Remote work possibleVaried tasks in a renowned company IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
