PMO for Training & Adoption – S/4HANA Transformation (m/f/d)

Support the Training & Adoption LeadTrack activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and open points. Coordinate across workstreams. Ensure training and adoption topics are properly followed up and not lost between teams. Prepare and structure briefings, updates, and governance-related inputs. Support rollout readiness, communication alignment, and training tracking. Bring transparency to status, ownership, and next steps. Proactively identify gaps and suggest workable solutions. Support the lead as a reliable senior counterpart / “pair of hands” in day-to-day orchestration. Strong experience as a Senior PMO / Project Coordinator / Transformation PMO. Proven background in Coordination of Training & Adoption within S/4HANA transformations. Experience in large-scale, cross-functional, international program environments. Strong coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work in a structured and proactive way, with limited hand-holding. Confident working with senior stakeholders as well as operational teams. German is important; fluent preferred, but strong B2-level German may also be considered. English required.
