5–8 years of experience in a PMO or project delivery governance role Proven success managing global or cross-functional programmes Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, or data remediation projects Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Clarity) Ability to produce high-quality reporting and documentation for senior stakeholders Excellent communication and influencing skills, with stakeholders at all levels globally Demonstrated experience in project management, financial reporting, and data analysis Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and prioritize tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g. Excel) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
