As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a talented PMO & Data Specialist - HR Project to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management support to our HR projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Providing project management support to HR projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying potential issues. • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. • Analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions. • Developing and maintaining databases, reports, and other data visualizations to support HR projects. • Providing training and guidance to HR staff on project management best practices. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the HR space. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in HR project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial.
