WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• As PMO Consultant, you will take on tasks in the area of project governance and control
• You are responsible for building and maintaining uniform PMO standards, templates, and processes. This includes conducting organization-wide training sessions on project-related topics
• You support management in preparing and analyzing project- and organization-related key figures
• In assigned projects, you will take control of and maintain project documentation as well as controlling the progress and comparing actual vs. planned values for work packages
• Safeguarding cross-project steering and transparency in customer projects
• You will prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management information for internal and external stakeholders, as well as continuously reviewing and preparing project budgets and accounts
• The operational maintenance of defined project standards is also part of your tasks
• Participation in the continuous development of PMO in a dynamic IT environment
• Support in resource and capacity management
• A clear-defined career path

Requirements

WHAT YOU QUALIFY:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of business informatics, business administration or comparable
• Communication strength and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills, high numerical affinity, and structured working style
• Your work style is self-organized, structured, and result-oriented
• Determination to achieve goals while maintaining a service-oriented approach
• First-hand PMO experience is desirable
• Familiarity with common Microsoft Office tools, ideally including MS Project
• You possess very good German and good English skills
• Project-related travel readiness
