Job Description: PMO Consultant Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2 days/week on-site) Contract Type: Consulting assignment, with permanent internalisation opportunity after 6 months Languages Required: French (B2/C1), English (B2/C1) About the Opportunity We're looking for a PMO Consultant to join a key client project in Lisbon, working hybrid with 2 days per week on-site. This is a great entry point for someone who thrives on structure and precision - and who wants a clear, fast path to a permanent role: after 6 months, there's a real opportunity to internalise directly with the client. What You'll Do Support project governance: tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and action items Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of progress Coordinate communication flows between project teams and stakeholders Keep documentation organised, accurate, and easy to navigate Flag issues early and help the team stay ahead of them, not behind them What You Bring Languages French: B2/C1 English: B2/C1 Hard Skills Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI at a basic to intermediate level - comfortable building and reading dashboards Soft Skills Proactive and reactive: you anticipate problems, and you respond fast when they show up anyway Organised and rigorous: details don't slip past you Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider team Nice to Have Prior experience working with or within financial institutions is a strong plus Why This Role This isn't just a short-term assignment.
