PMO Sales Finance

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, and related fields.

Years and area of experience: +3 years of solid experience in fintech or financial project management, with a focus on user growth and profitability.

Languages: English – advanced

Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel, SQL & Python.

• Deep knowledge of corporate finance and performance metrics (EBITDA, ROI, CAC, LTV).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.

Competencies:

Effective communication, negotiation, and influence at the executive level. Analytical mindset and results-orientation, with a strategic business vision.

Work location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City

Purpose and activities of the position:

Drive the growth of credit users in MAZ through strategic fintech project management, leveraging advanced analytics models and continuous improvement insights. This position is key within the strategic planning for the growth of the fintech vertical in MAZ.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact fintech projects, ensuring the delivery of measurable and sustainable results.
• Design and implement strategies based on data analytics to optimize the acquisition and retention of credit users.
• Identify and propose growth alternatives that directly contribute to the increase of EBITDA.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Influence and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, interacting with high levels of leadership across all operations.
• Monitor risks, key metrics, and improvement opportunities, ensuring the efficient execution of each initiative.
