PMO / Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Transformation- Migration

Role Purpose The PMO / Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program, working across multiple business functions and in close collaboration with the Enterprise Transformation PMO. The role ensures business-process readiness, cross-functional alignment, integration coordination, and structured change and rollout management for the S/4HANA transformation powered by SAP. Key Responsibilities 1. SAP S/4HANA Program Support & Governance Drive PMO governance and program management across multiple business functions to ensure successful delivery of the S/4HANA migration program. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and dashboards to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Business-Process Readiness Ensure business-process readiness for the S/4HANA transformation by working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive business-process map to visualize and document current processes, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for automation. 3. Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes, systems, and organizational structures in preparation for the S/4HANA transformation. This includes working closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, system integrations, and organizational changes. 4. Integration Coordination Coordinate integration activities across multiple functions to ensure seamless connectivity between business processes, systems, and organizational structures during the S/4HANA transformation. This includes developing and maintaining integration plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. 5. Structured Change & Rollout Management Develop and execute a structured change management plan to ensure successful rollout of the S/4HANA transformation across multiple business functions. This includes developing training materials, conducting stakeholder engagement sessions, and providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure a smooth transition.
