Position: Project Management Officer (PMO) Job Description The role of Project Management Officer (PMO) – GPO Refactoring & Asset Governance is a key position within a IT transformation project linked to migration and reorganization of existing assets, with the aim of improving asset governance and reducing costs. The PMO will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; • Coordinating and controlling project activities, including monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues; • Ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and customers; • Managing and reporting project performance metrics, such as schedule, budget, and quality; • Collaborating with the Asset Governance team to develop and implement asset management policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT-related field; • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
