Your Mission with Us

This role is intense, fast-paced, and absolutely 'hands-on'. You will work directly with the founders and be the driving force behind our scaling:

• Strategy & Implementation: You develop growth strategies and bring them to life independently.
• Post-Merger-Integration (PMI): You accompany integration processes and ensure that new units become seamlessly part of the KLEEGO ecosystem.
• Process Design: You build structures and processes where they are still missing to make our business scalable.
• Special Projects: You act as a 'Taskforce' for critical business topics directly alongside the management.

• Mindset: You are a doer. 'Hands-on' is not just a buzzword for you, but your working style.
• Experience: You have ideally gained first experience in the field of Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup Operations, or M&A.
• Skills: You think analytically, work structured, and keep the overview even in stressful phases.
• Technical Affinity: You have a passion for AI solutions and efficient workflows.
• Languages: You communicate confidently in German and English.
