PM-Assistenz (m/w/d) for IT Projects Full-time / Part-time / Student Assistant

As PM-Assistenz, you support our IT project leaders in their daily business and ensure that projects run structured, transparent, and well-prepared. You work closely with project leadership, technical teams, and customers, take on tasks independently, and grow step by step deeper into the project management context.

Tasks

• Support for IT project leaders in their daily operational project activities
• Prior preparation of project meetings, workshops, and terminations
• Maintenance of project plans, task lists, timelines, and documentation
• Coordination of dates, resources, and information
• Participation in project organization, status reports, and alignments
• Taking on partial tasks or smaller project packages independently
• Communication with internal teams and external contact partners

Qualification

• Interest in IT projects and project management
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Good organizational skills and communication strength
• Ideal first experiences with IT, projects, or organization
