Job Purpose: This technical role ensures effective handling of customer requests, providing solutions to their plumbing, gas, and solar needs. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose issues with plumbing, gas, and solar systems. • Provide expert advice and guidance on maintenance, repair, and installation of these systems. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality. • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Job Requirements: • Matriculation or equivalent qualification. • Relevant technical training or certification in plumbing, gas, and solar systems. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong understanding of plumbing, gas, and solar systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move equipment (up to 25 kg).
