Under the supervision of the plumbing modeler chief, the plumber modeler will be responsible for creating technical plans and designs using Revit. The person sought will actively participate in coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure precision and feasibility of plans, while contributing to project efficiency.

• Develop plumbing/mechanical building design plans with Revit.

• Analyze and divide the project into sections/stages and prepare key plans according to the schedule.

• Create material quantity tables and necessary extracts for the project team.

• Participate in coordination meetings with other subcontractors and project teams.

• Verify and correct interferences before coordinating with the general contractor.

• Prepare fabrication lots for manufacturing plants.

• Update plans on paper, server, and construction site.

• Analyze directives and propose technical adjustments.

• Provide technical support to project managers and foremen.

• Closely collaborate with a stable and experienced team that believes in long-term growth.

• DEP in building design or DEC in mechanical building technology, or relevant training.

• 3-5 years of experience in building design and plumbing.

• Excellent mastery of Revit and good knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Basic knowledge of English.

• Initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills.

• Able to manage pressure and resolve problems effectively.

• Pays attention to detail and has excellent teamwork aptitude.
