Sanitary Plumber (F/H)

Nos clients are looking for a specialized sanitary plumber to renovate installations for social housing organizations. The candidate must hold a driving permit. They will be responsible for performing sanitary renovation works in social housing units, including the installation and renovation of sanitary equipment such as bathrooms, sinks, toilets, etc.

Required skills :

Mastery of plumbing and sanitary renovation techniques.
Knowledge of current regulations and standards in the social housing sector.
Able to install, repair, and maintain sanitary installations (piping, fixtures, appliances, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical diagrams.
Analyze installation supports and diagrams, tracing taking into account slopes and offsets for cold water supply lines and drainage networks, tracing to install hot water producers and sanitary appliances, as well as apparent horizontal and vertical piping.
Good mastery of plumbing tools and materials.

Install hot water producers or sanitary appliances by identifying the appliance.
Lay down appliances and piping (change, modification, renovation) while working safely (gestures and postures, work areas).
