We are looking for a qualified Sanitary Plumber (N2 level) for a rehabilitation project of vacation homes in Erdeven. If you are autonomous and available immediately, this job is made for you! Your mission
You will intervene on a 70-unit vacation home rehabilitation project. As an N2 autonomous worker, your main tasks will be:
Networks: Install plumbing networks in copper and PER with associated connections.
Installation: Install new sanitary appliances (basins, shower receivers with walls, suspended toilets).
Heating/Water Heating: Set up sanitary hot water balloons (ECS). Your profile (N2 qualification)
Qualification: N2 Worker, justifying sufficient experience to be autonomous.
Skills: Mastery of copper and PER installation techniques, as well as modern sanitary appliance installation (suspended toilets, receivers).
Mission conditions
Location: Erdeven.
Date of start: As soon as possible.
Duration: 4 months (with a first contract for one month to get started).
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm / 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
