Nous are looking for a plumber and heating engineer (h.f) on behalf of our client, located in the Faverney sector, as soon as possible. This position is to be filled within the framework of a permanent contract. The Plumber and Heating Engineer (H/F), attached to the plumbing workshop of the Purchasing and Technical Services Directorate, will have the following main missions :

- Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of sanitary installations, heating systems, and ventilation.
- Carry out small sanitary installation, heating system, and ventilation works.
- Operate boilers and production facilities for cold water.
- Follow, set up, and master automatic temperature regulation equipment and cooling systems.
- Master energy consumption of heating systems.
- Know and follow the GTB (Building Technical Management) system.
- Ensure maintenance of balneotherapy facilities.
- Carry out activity tracking by reporting to GMAO (Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management).
- Occasionally perform small locksmithing tasks.
- Provide technical standby services every four weeks or so.
- Possibility of punctual interventions in the NORD FRANCHE COMTE/AIRE URBAINE sector, departing from Saint-Remy-en-Comté. You are capable of :

- Reading and interpreting a plan and technical notice
- Mastering sanitary installation and heating equipment installation
- Performing steel, copper, multi-layered, PE piping with all assembly and soldering techniques
- Mastering boiler operation, cold water group, and automatic regulation
- Understanding maintenance issues to ensure the longevity of installations
- Having knowledge of GTB systems
