Your responsibilities

• As ploegbaas afwerking, you will work together with your team to execute various road construction works.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day leadership of your team and provide support where needed.
• You are in charge of preparing, coordinating, and controlling the work activities and maintaining a good material management.

Qualifications

• You have already gained several years of experience in a similar role.
• You are driven and take the initiative.
• You work well in teamwork, and will roll up your sleeves when needed.
• You can read, interpret, and execute plans correctly.
• We highly appreciate punctuality and order and safety are high on your agenda.
• You have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch language.
