PLM Platform Engineer for PTC Windchill (m/f/d) Ref. No. 4233

For a client, we are looking for a PLM Platform Engineer – PTC Windchill (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Tasks

• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the PTC Windchill PLM tool in a private cloud environment, including the support of interfaces and other applications
• Carrying out user support, including acceptance, processing, and resolution of user inquiries and technical problems
• Monitoring system performance, security, and availability of the supported applications
• Definition and implementation of measures for continuous improvement and increase of user satisfaction
• Ensuring the operation of further IT applications within a substitute function

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• Experience in the administration of PTC Windchill
• Sound knowledge in the DevOps environment, particularly in CI/CD, automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Proficient use of common server operating systems, especially Linux, as well as cloud solutions
• Technical understanding in the areas of relational databases, Java, and web technologies
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Contract Type: Permanent employment after temporary employment

Location: Stuttgart area, partial home office possible

Start: asap

Duration: 24 months (with possible transfer to direct permanent employment)
