AYES, a multinational engineering and technology consulting firm, in view of the expansion of its activities, is looking for a PLC Commissioning Engineer with skills in industrial automation, PLC programming, and plant commissioning, for a project in Emilia Romagna at important industrial companies in the automatic machinery sector.

We are looking for technicians or engineers in Automation, passionate about PLC systems and commissioning activities on automatic machinery, ready to work in dynamic contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning activities on automatic machinery, with particular reference to aseptic machines and mixers;
• Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLC and HMI systems;
• Functional testing and software acceptance of machines and plants;
• Technical support during installation, startup, and commissioning phases;
• Analysis and resolution of electrical and automation technical problems;
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the correct functioning of the plants;
• Preparation of technical documentation related to the activities carried out.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or Degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• 1-4 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation;
• Knowledge of Siemens PLCs (preferential on aseptic machines and mixers), Rockwell, and B&R;
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation;
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently and in a team;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Availability for domestic travel;
• Strong motivation to work in dynamic industrial contexts.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience on aseptic machines and/or mixers;
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial networks;
• Experience in the packaging, automotive, or manufacturing sectors;
• Availability for international travel as well.

What we offer:

The salary package for this role ranges from €31,000 to €42,000 and will be evaluated based on professional experience, acquired skills, and results emerged during the selection process. The position involves an onboarding under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Tertiary, Distribution and Services).
