Player Engagement Agent - Thai/English - Remote

Player Engagement provides technical support and community management services to a vast array of video games. We are looking for passionate Player Engagement Agents to join our team! As a Player Engagement Agent, you will: * Provide technical support to players via email, chat, and other communication channels. * Manage and moderate online communities. * Identify and resolve player issues. * Create and maintain knowledge base articles. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. * Work closely with other departments to ensure player satisfaction. * Help us be the voice of the player. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and verbal). * Passion for video games. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. **Bonus points** * Experience in customer service or technical support. * Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems. * Experience with community management. * Experience with online gaming platforms. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Health insurance. * Paid time off. * Professional development opportunities. * Remote work environment.
