Player Engagement Agent - German/English - Remote

Player Engagement provides technical support and community management services to game developers and publishers. Our team is passionate about games and provides the best possible support to players all around the world. We are looking for a German/English speaking Player Engagement Agent to join our team! As a Player Engagement Agent, you will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring an excellent player experience and creating a positive image of our client's games. You will be responsible for providing technical support, answering questions, and resolving issues that players may encounter. We offer a fully remote position, with a lot of flexibility. What you will do: * Respond to player inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance. * Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with players. * Keep up-to-date with game updates, changes, and new features. * Provide feedback to the development team to improve the player experience. * Follow and enforce the client’s policies and guidelines. * Work efficiently and effectively with team members. What you need to be successful: * Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) – Must. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A strong understanding of video games and gaming culture. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Excellent typing skills. Bonus points: * Experience in customer service or technical support. * Experience with ticketing systems. * Experience with online gaming communities. * Passion for video games.
