Platform Owner: AI Content & Search für Vergleichsportale

We are looking for an experienced developer, who takes over our comparison portals as a strategic product and develops them further – content-wise, technologically and in terms of visibility. You combine classic SEO knowledge with modern AI workflows, think content production anew and drive our presence in Search and AI search together with the editorial team, design, and tech.

Your Mission: Ownership for organic success

Further development of our platforms

• You drive the further development of our landing pages and page structures forward – based on impact, effort, and strategic relevance.
• You design new sections, page structures, and content formats (e.g. guides, glossaries, head-to-head comparisons, calculators).
• You work closely with our editorial and design team to further develop contents both in terms of content and visual appeal.
• You analyze user behavior and web data to identify optimization potential and implement it specifically.
• You bring creative ideas into play to shape contents more attractively, clearly, and user-friendly.

Strengthening our visibility in Search & AI

• You build our visibility strategically, both in classical search (SEO) and in generative AI search systems (GEO).
• You conduct keyword analyses, identify content gaps, and unlock new potential specifically.
• You measure SEO and GEO performance, develop hypotheses, and test optimizations data-based.
• You actively follow developments in the Search and AI market and ensure that new, meaningful developments immediately flow into our processes.
• You provide concrete action recommendations, prioritize based on impact, and implement them.
• You develop strategic growth paths in organic search and AI search and scale lead generation across both channels.
• You understand how LLMs quote, monitor our presence, and derive concrete content measures from it.

AI & Workflows as amplifiers

• You build AI-supported workflows that make our team faster and better – from research to briefings to publication.
• You work with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier), to efficiently solve recurring tasks.
• You develop your own agents and prompt frameworks for recurring tasks like content audits, keyword clustering or LLM citation checks.
• You shape together with the editorial team and tech how contents are produced, maintained, and published, so that the team has more space for quality, creativity, and impact.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• At least three years of experience in digital marketing, focus on SEO and/or content.
• Good knowledge of SEO & GEO: You know how AI search works and how to optimize it.
• Safe handling of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and CMS (WordPress).
• Ai in everyday life: You work daily with AI tools for content, SEO/GEO, and creation and use them to strengthen your expertise – not replace it.
• Automation: Experience with LLM APIs and workflow tools (Make, Zapier) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ownership mindset: You take responsibility, prioritize based on impact, and drive your projects forward with drive and passion.
• You are a team player with open, constructive communication and joy in exchange and cooperation.
• You want to develop further and are open to new tools, ways of thinking, and challenges – some skills we'll be happy to teach you.
