Platform Implementation Analyst

We are looking for a Platform Implementation Analyst who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for MSIGHTS’ cloud-based platforms; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform implementation projects; • Designing and implementing data workflows and integrations between MSIGHTS’ cloud-based platforms and clients’ systems; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to platform implementations; • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and requests for support. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining cloud-based platforms; • Strong understanding of data workflows and integrations between cloud-based platforms and clients’ systems; • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
