Platform Engineer

1. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Platform Architect / Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise platforms within a digital banking environment. This role focuses on enterprise case management, workflows and AI platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Enterprise Case Management & Workflow Engineering Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of modular Enterprise Case Management systems, leveraging workflow automation and AI-driven insights to streamline business processes. B. Platform Evolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologies. C. Innovation Incubator: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and prototyping new ideas, leveraging emerging technologies such as cloud computing, containerization, and machine learning. D. Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available platforms that meet the needs of our digital banking customers. 3. Requirements A. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. B. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Platform Engineering, with a focus on enterprise case management, workflows, and AI platforms. C. Strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and machine learning concepts. D. Experience with workflow automation tools such as Camunda, Appian, or PegaSystems. E. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. F. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. G. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. H. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. I. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. J. Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or equivalent is desirable. K. Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. L.
