Build, maintain and improve Atlantis platform components and reusable automation capabilitiesDesign and implement Crossplane-based automation and GitOps delivery patternsTranslate requirements into technical designs, implementation tasks and documentationCollaborate with architects, Product Owners, security stakeholders and product teamsEnsure compliance with security, operational, architecture and quality standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation, onboarding material and implementation guidelinesSupport troubleshooting, incident analysis and continuous platform improvementEnable product teams to onboard and use Atlantis effectivelyProvide guidance on GitOps, Crossplane, Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Atlantis-specific patterns Strong experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps or site reliability engineeringHands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platform technologiesPractical experience with Crossplane, including compositions, claims, providers or comparable abstraction patternsExperience with GitOps concepts and tools, especially ArgoCD and Git-based delivery workflowsGood knowledge of at least one major cloud provider and its Kubernetes platform: Azure / AKS AWS / EKS GCP / GKEProgramming or scripting experience, preferably with Go and/or StarlarkExperience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab-based development workflowsUnderstanding of security-by-design, least privilege, compliance requirements and secure software deliveryAbility to write clear technical documentation in Markdown or similar formatsExperience working in agile product or platform teams / Strong communication skills in English A very renowned companyPossibilities to work in a home office IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
