Plastic Surgery Nurse (Perioperative Clinic)

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Registered Nurse to support our patients throughout their aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery journey. Based at our specialist clinic and in-house operating theatre at Paragon, you will work closely with our plastic surgeons to deliver safe, personalised and discreet care; from the initial consultation and surgical preparation through to perioperative support, recovery and post-operative follow-up.

This is a dual clinic and perioperative role, suitable for a nurse who is confident in scrub and circulating duties, values surgical precision and infection control, and enjoys building trusted relationships with patients undergoing procedures such as eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, breast surgery and body contouring.

What You'll be responsible for

• Support clinic consultations and patient flow
• Provide patient education and pre-/post-procedure counselling
• Manage the full patient journey — from initial consultation through surgery confirmation to post-op follow-up
• Maintain accurate patient records in our clinic management system (SGiMED Hummingbird or equivalent)
• Monitor and maintain consumable and medication stock levels
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with patients
• Assume scrub and circulating duties during surgeries
• Maintain surgical consumables and instrument inventory
• Uphold sterility and infection-control standards in the OT, in line with current perioperative nursing protocols
• Assist with front-desk duties: answering calls, registering patients, scheduling and managing appointments

The Experience and Expertise You’ll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 2 years' relevant operating theatre experience as a Scrub Nurse
• Advanced Diploma in Perioperative Nursing is an advantage
• Experience with clinic/EMR software (e.g. SGiMED Hummingbird) is a plus
• Self-driven, takes initiative, and comfortable working independently
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in aesthetics/plastic surgery patient care
