Plastic Injection Molding Machine Setter

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Machine Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up and maintaining injection molding machines, as well as coordinating a team of 4 operators on the production line.

Main responsibilities:

• Setting up and changing molds on plastic injection molding machines
• Starting and regulating machine parameters
• Controlling quality of first piece and monitoring production
• Coordinating operational team of 4 operators on the production line
• Intervening in case of technical failures or anomalies
• Collaborating with maintenance and technical office for process improvements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a machine setter, preferably in the plastic sector (we also consider candidates from other industrial sectors)
• Knowledge of injection molding machines and main measurement tools
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Availability to work on shifts, including night shifts
• Teamwork attitude and operational leadership skills
