Our company, present in Romania and France in the plastic components industry for the automotive sector, is recruiting Plastic Injection Machines Regulator for our factory in France.

Main responsibilities:

• Regulating and operating plastic injection machines to produce parts according to technical specifications;
• Monitoring the injection process and adjusting parameters to ensure the quality of finished products;
• Mounting/dismounting molds and validating production start-up according to planning;
• Reporting any non-conformities or anomalies immediately to the team leader;

Requirements:

• Practical experience in regulating and operating injection machines for plastic components;
• Solid technical knowledge of injection processes and plastics materials;
• Mandatory: knowledge of French or English language;
• Middle/superior studies in a technical field;
• Ability to efficiently resolve difficult situations;
• Spirit of teamwork, attention to detail, and orientation towards results.
