Plastic Extrusion Assistant

Ali Lavoro – Seregno Branch is seeking a Plastic Extrusion Assistant to be inserted into the production department of an industrial client operating in the rubber-plastics sector. The search is aimed at both consolidated profiles interested in direct insertion into the company and junior or minimum experience profiles motivated to embark on a professional growth path through initial supply. Main tasks: - Conducting and controlling plastic extrusion machines - Setting up and adjusting production equipment - Monitoring the production process and intervening in case of anomalies - Visual and dimensional quality control of extruded parts - Managing and moving materials along the production line - Compiling production documentation Requirements: - Previous experience in rubber-plastics companies or production contexts (preferable but not essential for junior profiles) - Good manual skills and orientation to practical work - Reliability, precision, and ability to work as a team - Availability for immediate insertion - B license and personal vehicle for reaching the workplace Offer: - Work schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday - Contract: evaluation of direct insertion into the company (for experienced profiles), or supply with possibility of stabilization (for junior profiles) - Salary commensurate with experience and CCNL Gomma-Plastica level - Internal training for candidates with less experience - Structured work environment with growth prospects Industry: Rubber and plastics industry Role: Production / Operations Type of occupation: Fixed-term contract
