Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team.

ResponsibilitiesSurface Preparation & Application

• Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, smoothing, and applying base coats.
• Mix and apply plaster, cement, and other compounds using manual and mechanical methods.
• Apply coats of plaster, cement render, or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions to produce smooth or textured finishes.
• Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.
• Install and repair plasterboard and related wall and ceiling systems.
• Ensure all surfaces meet project and safety specifications.
• Perform detailed inspections and touch-ups to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and completed work.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and building regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other trades on-site.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Strong technical knowledge of plastering methods, materials, and safety practices.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

What We Offer

Full-time, permanent position.

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience).

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
