Dry Construction Planner

Are you an experienced project planner with an eye for detail and a passion for dry construction? At Boeve Afbouw b.v., we are looking for a Dry Construction Planner who keeps an overview, thinks smart, and prepares construction projects from A to Z.

As a Dry Construction Planner, you are the central link within our projects. You prepare calculations, plan work activities, and maintain intensive contact with suppliers and internal teams. Together, we ensure quality and results.

Dry Construction Planner (calculations & planning)
In this function, you are responsible for preparing both small-scale and large-scale new construction, renovation, and transformation projects. You set up calculations, monitor costs, and make price agreements with suppliers. Additionally, you align everything closely with your colleagues in other departments. Thanks to your overview, each project runs smoothly and structured.

• Preparing calculations and planning for dry construction

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and making price agreements

• Aligning work activities with internal departments

• Preparing new construction, renovation, and transformation projects

• Applying BIM, Bluebeam, and other relevant software

You are a meticulous team player with experience in planning and calculations. You have construction knowledge and feel at home in a project-oriented environment. You work structured, think solution-oriented, and always keep the end result in sight. You preferably live within a radius of 50 km around Lemelerveld.
