Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) – Data Center Division

• Coordination of all planning-related activities for our construction projects in the data center sector across all planning phases
• Participation in the awarding of planning services and the preparation of planning contracts
• Control and monitoring of planning and review cycles as well as planning deadlines
• Review of permits and, if necessary, adaptation of the planning
• Development of technical optimization proposals together with the planning and construction participants
• Close cooperation with project and construction management as well as clients

The position is initially limited to 2 years. There is an option for a permanent employment contract.

• Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in execution planning / planning coordination or in a comparable position
• Experience with the trades of structural work, finishing work, and building services engineering
• Experience in data center planning is advantageous
• Good knowledge of the CAD system REVIT
• Structured and independent way of working
• High flexibility, communication, and teamwork skills
• Good to very good English skills
