Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) – Data Center Division

Responsibilities
- Coordination of all planning-related activities for our construction projects in the data center sector across all planning phases
- Participation in the awarding of planning services and the preparation of planning contracts
- Control and monitoring of planning and review cycles as well as planning deadlines
- Review of permits and, if necessary, adaptation of the planning
- Development of technical optimization proposals together with the planning and construction participants
- Close cooperation with project and construction management as well as clients
The position is initially limited to 2 years. There is an option for a permanent employment contract.
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in execution planning / planning coordination or in a comparable position
- Experience with the trades of structural work, finishing work, and building services engineering
- Experience in data center planning is advantageous
- Good knowledge of the CAD system REVIT
- Structured and independent way of working
- High flexibility, communication, and teamwork skills
- Good to very good English skills
