Aufgaben

• You will provide planning services according to the performance phases of HOAI/VDI and sprinkler systems according to VdS / NFPA or FM Global.
• You will determine and verify project realization costs.
• You will work on preparing tender documents.
• You will take over technical coordination of planning contractors.
• You will collaborate with architects, building owners, and other professionals involved in the planning process.
• You will present planning results to the team and at external meetings.

Qualifikation

• Dipl. Ing. / Meister / Techniker / Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Energy Technology.

• Mind. 5 years of professional experience in a planning office in the field of fire protection technology.

• Good knowledge of German standards.

• Good Revit skills and experience working with specialized software such as SpriCAD/WinSprink (IDAT), MagiCAD Sprinkler Designer, or SprinkCAD.

• Demonstrable project success in the field of building technology regarding cost and time reliability.

• The ability to take on a high level of responsibility.

• The claim and ability to always develop technically excellent solutions and present them.

• Experience working with demanding clients.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
