Plant Manager

The QualiFind Group has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager for our client's expanding manufacturing operation in Baja California. This is a confidential search. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant's transformation and expansion. Candidates for this role will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. This includes but is not limited to: • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives • Leading and motivating a team of production supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination • Analyzing data and making informed decisions to optimize processes and improve overall performance • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities for growth • Developing and managing budgets and financial plans • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
