Plant Manager

Lead the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement standards. This position is key to ensuring product delivery according to specifications, optimizing resources, and developing the team under your responsibility. Main Responsibilities Manage production, maintenance, quality, industrial safety, and warehouse processes. Implement and monitor compliance with the EH&S (environment, health, safety) policy, standards, and procedures. Promote a safe working environment, preventing accidents and occupational illnesses. Ensure the production of products according to established quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs. Plan and manage the plant's budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability. Lead, motivate, and develop the plant team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient materials management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Proven experience in plant management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, maintenance, and industrial safety. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
