Plant Manager

Job Title: Plant Manager Location: Moorreesburg, Western Cape Job Summary: Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their manufacturing plant in Moorreesburg, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, a proven track record of leading teams to meet production goals, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management. - Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. - Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. - Analyze and interpret production data to make informed decisions and drive business results. - Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the manufacturing plant. - Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports. - Perform other duties as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or operations management. - At least 5 years of experience in a production management or manufacturing leadership role. - Proven track record of leading teams to meet production goals and achieving business objectives. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
