Plant Manager

The Colussi Group is looking for a PLANT MANAGER to manage the PRODUCTION SITE OF ARQUATA SCRIVIA (AL). Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the food industry. He/She will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Manage the production site, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards; Coordinate and supervise production activities, including planning, organizing and controlling production processes; Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost reduction; Ensure effective inventory management and supply chain control; Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives; Provide guidance and support to production staff.
