Plant Manager

Position Summary A leading consumer packaged goods manufacturer is conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager to lead all operations of its manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a hands-on, results-driven leadership role — not a traditional desk-based management position . The successful candidate will be expected to spend significant time on the production floor, deeply involved in day-to-day processes, actively solving problems alongside team members and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
