Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Bahía. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering strong financial performance. You will oversee production processes, optimize efficiency, and inspire a team of around 500 associates to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Shape the future of manufacturing by developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth, improve quality, and reduce costs. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, learning from failures, and celebrating successes. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. What We’re Looking For A strong leader with a proven track record in manufacturing operations management.
