Job description
Job Title: Plant Manager – Protective Fabric Manufacturing Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Housing and Transportation Included) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our protective fabric manufacturing facility in the Mexico City area . This position is critical to ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe production — with a strong focus on weaving operations . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a manufacturing facility, with a proven track record of improving productivity, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills. He/She will be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors, quality control inspectors, and maintenance personnel. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing inventory and supply chain, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as textile engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Plant Manager will be expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed. Housing and transportation will be provided for the successful candidate.
