Plant Maintenance Trainee

Orienta Orienta SpA, Agency for Work, seeks a Plant Maintenance Trainee for an important client company. This is an ideal opportunity for young graduates or newcomers to the sector who want to acquire practical skills in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of machinery and industrial plants. Under the supervision of expert personnel, the resource will be trained on the various phases of the maintenance process, from diagnosing and resolving faults to ensuring correct functioning of equipment. Requirements: - Technical diploma (e.g. mechanical, electronic, mechatronic) or relevant professional qualification. - Basic knowledge of machinery and plant operation principles. - Proactivity, strong motivation to learn, and precision. - Immediate availability for a training stage. A paid internship is offered, with the goal of hiring. A training and mentoring program will be developed to develop technical and professional skills in a dynamic environment.
