LHH LHH is seeking, on behalf of a major Italian company leader in the Construction sector, a figure to be inserted as Maintenance Technician - Conglomerate Plants. Responsibilities The resource will have the task of managing operational and technical activities related to the production plant for bituminous conglomerates, ensuring the correct performance of daily operations and compliance with required deadlines. Main responsibilities: - Supervise and conduct the impianto di produzione di conglomerati bituminosi, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle operazioni quotidiane e il rispetto delle tempistiche richieste. - Monitor and control the production process to ensure the quality of the final product. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; - Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
