Plant Human Resources Partner
Job description
Job Overview The Factory HR Manager will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to the manufacturing plant. The role covers end-to-end talent management, business partnering with plant leadership, statutory compliance, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, and capability development. The role requires proven expertise in managing blue-collar workforce dynamics and maintaining a stable industrial relations climate. Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnership Partner closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the factory's overall business objectives. This includes talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design. 2. Talent Management Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes for blue-collar workers, including job descriptions, job postings, and interview processes. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. 3. Employee Relations Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and respect for all employees. 4. Workforce Planning Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 5. Capability Development Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee capabilities and improve job performance. Collaborate with the Plant Manager to identify areas where employees need development and create customized training solutions. 6. Industrial Relations Maintain a stable industrial relations climate by fostering positive relationships with labor unions, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and respect for all employees.
