Job description
Leading manufacturing company is looking for their HR Generalist to ensure that the HR department manages and executes plans related to personnel, their well-being, and development. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in a similar position in Human Resources. Previous experience managing labor union relations. Strong knowledge in EHS is a must. Knowledge in any Talent Management System. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
