Job Title: Plant Head Department: Cable – Oversea Department Location- Ambarnath ,Navi Mumbai 1. Job Purpose The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the cable manufacturing plant, ensuring production, maintenance, quality, and shipping targets are met. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, compliance adherence, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and high-quality output aligned with company objectives. 2. Key responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the cable manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, quality, and shipping targets. • Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste. • Identify and address potential risks and opportunities for improvement. 3. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry. • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address potential issues. • Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures. • Certification in relevant industry or field (e.g., Six Sigma) is an asset. 4.
