As a Plant Head at PALFINGER, you will be responsible for the overall management of our plant operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. You will also be expected to lead and motivate your team to achieve their goals and objectives. In addition, you will work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
