Job Description: Plant Head (Manufacturing) — MARS Cosmetics Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh Function: Manufacturing / Supply Chain Role Summary Own end-to-end manufacturing at the Baddi plant—delivery, quality, cost, compliance, safety, and people. Build a disciplined, scalable factory system for cosmetics production (bulk filling/packing), with strong GMP, process control, and daily management. Key Responsibilities Plant ownership: Run daily operations across production, packing, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with supply chain, quality, and compliance functions. Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the plant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Plant performance metrics, including production volume, quality, and compliance rates; employee engagement and retention; and overall plant efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management; strong understanding of GMP, process control, and daily management principles; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; proficiency in MS Office.
